CHAIR CLAMAN announced  that the only order of  business would be                                                               
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE  FOR HOUSE BILL  NO. 146, "An Act  relating to                                                               
an application  for a  license to  operate as  a dealer  in motor                                                               
vehicles; and  requiring a dealer  in motor vehicles  to maintain                                                               
liability  and  property  insurance."    [Before  the  committee,                                                               
adopted as  a work draft  on 2/26/20, was the  proposed committee                                                               
substitute  (CS)  for  SSHB  146,  Version  31-LS0818\S,  Fisher,                                                               
2/19/20.]                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  CLAMAN  remarked that  his  office  had not  received  any                                                               
amendments to HB 146.  He  stated that his office had distributed                                                               
a document  showing surety bond  requirements for all  50 states,                                                               
as  requested previously  by Representative  Drummond [hard  copy

REPRESENTATIVE  KOPP  moved to  report  CSSSHB  146, Version  31-                                                               
LS0818\S,  Fisher,  2/19/20,  out of  committee  with  individual                                                               
recommendations and  the accompanying fiscal notes.   There being                                                               
no  objection,  CSSSHB  146(JUD)  was  reported  from  the  House
